This Warranty Policy explains the warranty position for products purchased through kouvreet.com.

No Separate Written Product Warranty

Kouvreet currently does not provide a separate written commercial or manufacturer warranty for its products unless a specific warranty is expressly stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

The absence of a separate commercial warranty does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although we do not currently provide a separate written warranty, customers may still contact us if a product:

  • Arrives damaged;
  • Appears to have a manufacturing defect;
  • Is materially different from the product ordered; or
  • Was sent incorrectly.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Replacement; or
  • Refund.

The applicable solution will depend on the circumstances and product availability.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

Because Kouvreet does not currently offer a separate commercial warranty, this policy should not be interpreted as providing coverage for an indefinite period after purchase.

Issues caused by circumstances such as normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for a refund or replacement unless required under applicable law.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
