Our Brand Story
Kouvreet is a Malaysia-based home and serveware brand serving customers primarily in the United States through kouvreet.com.
Our current collection focuses on everyday table and serving products, including bowls and cupcake stands, designed under the Kouvreet brand.
Kouvreet began with a straightforward idea: online shopping should give customers enough clear information to understand what they are buying, what it costs, where it is shipped from, and what to expect after placing an order.
Rather than making complicated promises, we focus on presenting our products clearly and providing transparent information about pricing, shipping, payments, returns, and customer support.
Designed for Everyday Use
Our product range is developed around practical home and serving needs.
From bowls used for everyday meals and serving to cupcake stands used for displaying desserts and baked goods, we aim to offer products that can fit naturally into different home and entertaining settings.
As our collection develops, we may introduce additional Kouvreet products while keeping the same focus on clear product information and straightforward customer service.
A Malaysia-Based Brand Serving the U.S. Market
Kouvreet operates from Malaysia and primarily serves customers in the United States.
Orders placed through kouvreet.com are shipped from Malaysia unless another shipping origin is clearly stated for a particular product.
Products intended for U.S. customers are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), and our shipping, return, payment, and customer service information is made available before customers complete their purchase.
We believe customers should know who they are buying from. For that reason, our business location and contact information are clearly available throughout our website.
